The Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) has two zoning bylaws which regulate the use of land, buildings and structures.

When you have determined your zoning through the Property Viewer, find specific regulations related to that zone in the Zoning Bylaws below.
Zoning Bylaw No. 722 establishes the zoning and subdivision districts for Electoral Areas B (Halfmoon Bay), D (Roberts Creek), E (Elphinstone) and F (West Howe Sound). The bylaw regulates the use of land, buildings and structures within these zones.
Zoning Bylaw No. 337 establishes the zoning and subdivision districts for Electoral Area A (Egmont/Pender Harbour). The bylaw regulates the use of land, buildings and structures within these zones.
