Board and committee meetings are generally held in the Board Room at 1975 Field Road as follows:
- Regular Board: 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m.
- Committee of the Whole: 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m.
- Electoral Area Services Committee: 3rd Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m.
