Many SCRD recreation programs are taught by skilled and talented Sunshine Coast residents who are keen to share their talents with others.
There are two different ways to instruct a class in Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) recreation facilities.

We are recruiting contract instructors for group fitness, children/youth, arts/culture and more! Individuals who would like to use SCRD facilities to instruct, train or coach for a non-SCRD program or service (such as personal trainers, physiotherapists using for patients’ rehabilitation etc) in SCRD recreation facilities are required to register as a Third-Party Practitioner with the SCRD and renew this registration every year. This is to ensure those offering services in our facilities have appropriate training and insurance for what they are doing.
